
It's not about undervalue; if company wants to pay you it will, if it doesn't it will try very hard to lowball you all the way to 40k a year if it can.
it's inconsistent, HR is good at selling and low balling the prospects at least the ones no one wants to pay. The ones that actually get paid they overpay by at least 50%...
We don't do a good job of communicating with other verticals especially C-levels. We always say move fast, but we also do that in the worst way possible, which leads to us wasting more time fixing the fallout.
