
No cap in commission structure
My manager understands work life balance, and that we win as a team of "one".
We are a very collaborative team, we truly do root each other on, and are happy for each other's successes, while supporting each other during our building phases.
The leadership team at Betterworks is very thoughtful and considerate of each individual persons want and needs, and keep in mind how that individual wants to grow and develop as an employee but also as a person.
Our culture comes from the top. We are lead by a team the lives what they preach. They dont think they are better than anyone, and truly lead through a genuine want to help us as employees but also our customers and prospects.
I dont think most people would say the best part of their benefit package is their commission structure, or bonus payout, but i think Betterworks if very competitive and generous when it comes to the compensation package. Year it is analized and imporved in different ways.
