Obviously it is the people.
I feel they are being honest about the company and how it is run.
I do like the bonus but it would be nice to have some type of 401k matching vs a bonus. I think for anyone younger it would greatly help them in the future.
We have a really good engineering team. It is very hard to find teams/people who respect each other. Of course it is never perfect there are some who I affectionally like to call czars but that is rare even so I respect them.
