Our diversity hands down. We're all cut from a different cloth which allows us all to use our special skill sets for our team goals.

We do have 4 different office throughout the country, however, I like that even though some of us don't work in the same building I can pick up the phone and call my peers elsewhere and they are more than happy to assist. We also do office events, happy hours, etc.
