The company is big on making sure we have a healthy work-life balance. We have a stressful job sometimes and we earn PTO at rates based on our tenure and efforts and knowing they encourage us to take time off when we need it is amazing.

The people are real. From our C-suite down to our triage receptionists, we know where everyone is coming from. It feels more like a family than a job most days, take that for what it is, but I never feel like I am "just a number".

I know I am making a difference. This type of compliance is very important and our customers jobs are on the line from regulators. I have had people cry on the phone both sad then happy when we fix their dilemma. It's not just a job and that means everything to me.

Sometimes we disagree. In fact, it happens quite a bit. That being said we handle it professionally and our diverse opinions often lead to great solutions that just work. We know nothing is perfect, but at the end of the day we know we'll figure it out and that makes coming to work a non-issue.

They are honest and I never feel like I am going to get something thrown at me with zero warning. They have this amazing ability to see things that are going to happen 6 months down the road before it ever comes to fruition. I've worked for many large companies and the culture here is so refreshing.
