
The leadership team is always thinking of what is best for the company going forward. When operating like this, it results in things going better all around. Realize that improving the product is better than just pushing it off to one side.
Have yet to get my stock options and there has been no clear way of getting them. Would be better if it was outlined clearly so we could avoid missing signing up for the options. Still don't know how much stock I would be available to claim.
The fact that it was not only the manager from the department I was interviewing for, but also a member from that team asking position relevant questions. Rather than just being about what I knew, they also cared about personality and intentions for going into the field.
The fact that I feel that I am making a difference in the company and am a valued employee. When being able to assist teammates in figure out a difficult problem or helping get a major issues solved for the customers, it gives me a great sense of personal achievement.
The company is still in the growing phase, so everyone is able to actually attribute to the culture and make it better. There is a real sense of progressing as well as individualism being valued. The employees are able to be genuine with their interests rather than conform to being professional.
My team is motivated to learn and are able to work together very well. When creating new workflows to accommodate new positions, they are able to adapt and go by the new procedure. They are also easy to get along with and knowledgeable of the software, making it easy for new members to learn.
