Bloomingdale's – customer service and credit resolution is incompetent, patronizing, unresponsive. It took 4 months to resolve an issue that resulted in a zero balance. Should have been resolved in 10 min. Can"t talk to a live person. They deserve the low ratings for management!!!!!!!!
