Below the executive leadership, everybody is on the same team working for the same goals. We may be pulled in different directions for different problems but at the end of the day everybody is willing to work to get the job done.
The employees that interviewed me are my current peers and mentors. They interviewed me to be a good fit for their team. This created a more challenging and thorough vetting process. However, they were very calm and laid back during the interview which helped me to relax.
I have the ability to speak with any leader at any level about problems and concerns I have. Additionally, there is a culture that allows difficult questions to be posed to management in a public way. I'm sure that's challenging for them but it makes for a transparent organization.
