Poor communication, poor management, and harsh judging. I believe if we had new management it would be better.
The most positive thing is being able to work when certain ppl are not around. I also enjoy when the customers are pleased with their food.
They need to stop picking. It seems like the ones who have been there longer find it okay to start problems for the newbies who are trying to learn.
I feel undervalued because I worked so hard and for me to come to the managers about a situation to prevent any unnecessary problems. They do nothing but talk to other coworkers about what you tell them. That's not professional at all.
