There are ERG and DEI initiatives where people can talk about sensitive topics. Having a voice is important and having the option is always nice as well.
Clear and concise goals. There is transparency around the goal and what milestones are next. We have diversity, inclusion and a lot of choices when it comes to health mentally as well as physically.
We're clear on our goals and we work together to achieve them. We found problems and we always find a solution for those problems. While it might take some time, we don't give up and do what's right for the customer.
