Approachability and transparency. The fact that our leadership team is also our founding team means the company has retained a specific culture and value-set even as we've grown.
We don't hire idiots or mean people. This means the culture survives periods of exponential growth. So in a sense, the most positive thing about the culture is that it remains constant and hasn't been diluted over time.
