What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration and comminication is what seperates us from the other departments.
We feel very comfortable with each other. We've all bonded through everything that goes wrong day to day.

Nice and friendly. People care abot their co-workes except the management team does not
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Make it to work, don't go over your allotted PTO & Sick days because the Manager favors you. It only stresses the rest of us out. BLOW YOUR NOSE AND QUIT SNORTING! take time to learn something instead of relying on others, use your resoruces.
There is a lot of emotional reactions to standard business interactions. People were allowed to act how they wanted which was usually unprofessional.
