What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Upper management needs to stop being so selfish. They continue to cut benefits as they line their pockets with the profits the company makes.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They weren't helpful at all and often put themselves first. They need to worry less about themselves and more about the department as a team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I put in so much hard work and effort, even bringing my laptop home everyday to complete more after work hours but was never compensated fairly. My salary was too low for the amount of work I was handling as well.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Total lack of leadership. Even my direct manager often wasn't available or couldn't answer the questions I had in order to do my job better. At times it felt like she didn't care at all. Most of the time she was only concerned with herself.
