There are silos trading responsibility for problems. Also, "core" and "agent" have poor communication history because of mistrust. Also sales/marketing and the rest of the company are out of touch. Too many scrum masters and middle layer managers, too few people do real work.
I work as digital performance specialist. My job is to help customers implement catchpoint solutions
