What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

They are transperant in key decision making process.

Very transparent about where the company is and where it is going. Lots of public acknowledgement when someone does a good job.

Everyone makes time to listen to what people have to say, regardless of position. Input is taken seriously, never simply brushed off. Communication is regular and transparent.

Transperent management. Regular updates from exec about company and its plan.

Freedom to work independently without micromanagement.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Strategy, competitive awareness and recognition.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Stocks, Bonus, Hike and other benefits

Health insurance. No variable pay.

Love the access to Linkedin Learning, Headspace, Aaptive, and such. Good to know there is support for body and mind.

Salary is at the right point in comparison to other companies. Nice added benefits of things that support mental and physical health, like HeadSpace and Aptive apps, and opportunities to win awards (with monetary prizes) for performance.

Salary and in office perks

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

They pay very well. But HR benifits are not upto mark

Due to the terrible architecture, design and implementation of the foundation software of the company, the company is doomed. It can run on smoke and mirrors only so long. This ends up hurting employees, rendering their options worthless. Technology stack is antiquated, out of sync with large trends

Minuscule, infrequent raises. Whatever raises managers propose, management cuts in half. A company-wide bonus program that's forever delayed.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

the diversity and how motivated everyone is

Smart and open minded people

Very smart people and really warm personalities.

Everyone is smart. No silos. No politics. No jerks. Everyone works openly and supportively with one another.

Collaboration and trust we have for one another.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Understanding others concerns and see them as a human being

There are silos trading responsibility for problems. Also, "core" and "agent" have poor communication history because of mistrust. Also sales/marketing and the rest of the company are out of touch. Too many scrum masters and middle layer managers, too few people do real work.

Maturity, collaboration. Catchpoint's big on "staying in your lanes," which creates silos.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

Transparency of communication is really encouraged.

Like the many opportunities to get to know one another, despite working from home during the pandemic. There are lots of games, weekly meditations, "Get to Node You" sessions, etc. Everyone is warm and welcoming.

We expect all employees to share in the company values, once of which is respecting each employee, regardless of level, title or experience.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

One on one meetings, regular updates

Too many layoffs, especially of senior personnel.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Fat interview process. Hassle free onboarding

Everyone was very clear about the process, who I would talk with next, why I would be meeting them, and when decisions would be made.

They didn't stretch out the interview process forever. Everyone was straightforward about next steps and timelines.

The opportunity to meet with members of the team and co-founders.

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

Ability to contribute new ideas, learn new things, and grow.

I like the challenges we are presented with and the confidence our managers have in our ability to solve those challenges. It's great to work in a place where trust is a central part of the culture. And then, to back it up, everyone on the team is very smart and capable of solving those challenges!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Interact with employees more and make them part of the company

Poor sales execution, high turnover, managers play the blame game and micro-manage, make it harder for you to do your job. If I did something good and helped someone else to succeed, I shouldn't be reprimanded because it wasn't my job.
