
Remove percentage caps from pay increases and allow associates to move into new roles at the full compensation amount instead of restricting the maximum compensation increase to a percentage. Allow managers to give their direct reports raises without having to jump through hoops or fight a months long battle with HR. Also pay associates what they're worth according the national and regional averages.
I would stop pretending that our products are cutting edge by making the culture with this new age vs. Our products are old and out dated no matter how much you make everything look shiny.
