You get 5 days a year and over time you can build it to 4 weeks. But in sales you can only use it if your over plan.

2 weeks , use it or lose it. No vacation at the end of any quarter

Fantastic. 2 weeks regular vacation, 2 week floating vacation, and 1 week of sick leave.
