My boss is great, very patient with the challenges I have clearly articulating in person due to my Autism. I feel proud of the benefits package I am able to provide for my family. I am not being utilized to do what I do best due a high amount of simple repetitive work.
My cohorts are similar to me, similar values
Being able to tackle problems
More of it, more in line with market better increases
work from home option makes balance of faimly and work attainable
I feel like they are great examples of men I would like to be in 10 years
The CEO and COO both seem to be on the same page as each other and have common articulate goals
Everyone still strives to deliver excellent work in spite of an unrealistic workload, growing job insecurity due to leadership changes, high turnover/imminent resignations, and the placement and poor C level leadership skills from recently placed executives
The few times that I have enough bandwidth to take on a side project that can push positive financial changes (especially if I get to interact with the engineers or platform staff). Basically being able to bridge digital analysis into analog results
Workplace flexibility has created a very appreciative attitude in my department towards CECO, the "attitude of gratitude" can be felt throughout my department. Every time someone expresses dissatisfaction with CECO it is always followed with "but we get to work from home and the benefits are great"
COLA adjustment in addition to Merit increases. With an inflation rate above 9% in the USA for 2022 (projected) a 4-6% increase is still effectively a pay decrease. Most of the people in my department are constantly being reached out to by recruiters because CECO now has a reputation of poor pay
