As mentioned in my previous comment, it is hard to get crazy excited knowing how the comp plan is structured. Even if I book $20M a year, the payout is low in comparable, and the time of payment is years. It is not exciting. Quicker payouts are exciting. Every decision only favors the company
Being in Sales, If I am hitting my numbers, or exceeding, there should be a path of base increases, or additional time from management to dig deep into the incentive plan to find out how it compares to other plans. If "X" is achieved, then base/bonus will be "X". clear and visible to the employees
