My experience has been really good, I love my job, the people I work with. Work life balance is a personal responsibility for the employee, CECO gives the opportunity to take time off, you have to figure it out. It is not the fault of the company if you don't take time for yourself.

I work hard and feel like I am compensated fairly, money is not the only reason I am happy here. It's the people.

High Integrity, make me feel valued as an employee and as a person. The whole leadership team are a tremendous group of intelligent and yet down to earth people. They are able to connect with employees. I personally love working here.

It's an environment of a family like culture, you embrace your co workers, care about them, build each other up and learn from each other. Not worry so much about who gets credit for what but what the end result is. Working together better.

My team is comprised of upbeat, innovative, generally happy individuals who share ideas that often make the workplace better. Change can be good and it takes new thoughts and ideas to make change happen. I am always open to learning and experiencing new ideas from my team.

The people I work with. Our team has evolved so much during the last two years, it's amazing. We have successfully worked from home, done a great job and learned that you don't have to be seated in an office to get your work done. It makes for a very symbiotic relationship.
