The company used to be good. It has gone downhill drastically in the past year. No one is happy, everyone is miserable. We are only tasked to hit a number with no incentive to do so. There are too many openings and no desire to fill roles, which forces employees to work 12-16 hour days.

There is no communication, starting top down. There are only hidden agendas, gossping, and back stabbing.

Listening to employees. Stop focusing on just hitting the number and start caring about the employees who help make the number.

This position previously had a SIP and the title was changed to take that away. Upper Management allows low salaries so they have more bonus for them.
