Its been quite a ride, the company gave me the opportunity to grow and to expand my horizon to the CSD department, fully trusted my knowledge and capacities to handle an account in less than 3 months working for the company, gave me the opportunity to join the PM team and I learned so much there.

This is the best company I've worked with. I've been in customer support companies, and it is not close to what I did there.

We are always helping and supporting each other, we are a big team of Trainers, so we are always involved in all processes from different Training departments (MS, IB, Caller, etc)

Everything, each day, we get to learn something new. I love training because we get to know success stories in the company of people we trained and now are growing in their careers.

I like that everything is fair and my direct Manager, Kate (hear of Trining), know how much we take care of our trainees, so she is always very attentive and fair when it comes to bonuses and monetary rewards

I liked that no matter what, they always try to compensate for our efforts besides our tasks and responsibilities. So I am always willing and proactively doing more because I know this will be compensated and noted by my direct Manager, Kate.

I am happy with the compensation details, I would like to know if there would be any additional compensation bonus for those whom we train and have achieved a higher position in the company, that would be great, and we would encourage our trainees to really build on their professional path here.

They are humans. Also, they are always willing to help us in the best possible way, but they help those who are willing to help the company. They can tell who is in it for the right reasons. All issues I have requested have been granted. So I am very grateful for that.

The team members, the support, the companionship. Our willingness to help each other, when our plates are full, we still support each other and no Trainee is left behind, the work has to be done by the end of the day, and that's what we do. Thank you, Kate, for fighting through with us.

They take us as persons and as individuals, they care and procure our health. I know my company has my back because I've put myself in the job like not before, I've put my heart and would and the company has always given me the same in return. CIENCE has given me the opportunities I needed.
