
The team seems to always have an optimistic view about things
Again, just feel lost. I feel I bring up more errors im noticing but no improvements and I get no credit for helping in those areas. It just feels overlooked and like im carrying my TL and TM's load sometimes
Giving clarity would be a tremendous help. Hoping on a call weekly or every other day would be awesome for game plans and strategizing. Bringing ideas and discussing them. If things are wrong, find a solution or give a follow-up when things arent clear
I feel super lost and most questions Ive asked for clarity and gave ideas, I get told "Ill bring this up" but never get a follow up and I dont have meetings with the team to even feel engaged. Great at micromanaging but no support
I am big on working as a team and being involved. Ive helped grow teams and get engaged in my work but I dont have that in my workplace. Im overlooked and almost never get answers. It feels like I have to figure it out and keep my head in the game and continue to crush what I can to make an impact
