
Every company has politics. In this small startup like company, at the ground level, it is less. Access to leaders is abundantly available. Sharing of ideas or questioning status quo is greatly encouraged. Less talk & more action is encouraged.
Bonus structure is good. Publicly laying out the bonus criteria and honoring the same with the appropriate payout is the best. Bonus is based on company performance and is not discretionary (as falsely promised in many companies). Great commitment from the company.
