What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am new to CES (3 months) but I had the pleasure to meet the executive team during our Product/Marketing team meeting at the Corp office. We had lengthy discussions about the product roadmap. I like the direction we are going.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is the retirement benefit plan, it would be great to have fitness benefits as well

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a $45k pay cut going CES, as I had another offer from a different company (startup) but I decided CES was a better, endurable company.

We all work and come up with amazing i for ideas. All ideas are welcome and executed if they are right.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity of people. Everyone is from a different country and it's one of the positive things that made me join CES

I believe the townhall meetings with the CEO and other leaders are great and we should have them more often to enhance the culture and communication at the company.
