Any management and leadership training would be a plus! Promotion is not based on merit - it is only based on not quitting. The smart people leave; many almost immediately. The 'Leadership Mentality' is 'What have you done for me?' before they will do anything for you.
I feel undervalued because I have 3 degrees and I'm still a tech3 after almost 2 years. I've been promised advancement, leadership positions, a raise and CDL school by Seattle C.H. Mgmnt … STILL NOTHING. 'What have you done for ME' thinking by our management team is in full effect.
