They are very supportive and provide you with the tools to do your job. They welcome input and care about employees. It really does feel like a 14,000 person family - with all the usual things you associate with a family, too! But a great environment.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better training for management in general
Less hours better organized and more fare
Worrying more about employees and their saftey/ wellbeing than numbers out of the repack and decant processes
