We are a close group that have worked together for several years, but the high turnover has us all looking for work elsewhere.

Well I can’t answer that I only can answer how much of a negotiable and unfair work place my branch/outfit is
They are very supportive and provide you with the tools to do your job. They welcome input and care about employees. It really does feel like a 14,000 person family - with all the usual things you associate with a family, too! But a great environment.
We look out for each other. And are almost always willing to helping hand or insight into how to get the job done better and more efficiently.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better training for management in general
Less hours better organized and more fare
Worrying more about employees and their saftey/ wellbeing than numbers out of the repack and decant processes

Management harps on safety but will bypass it if they see fit
Decrease the rampant nepotism within the branches

Constant lies from mangement to clients.Blaming employees for their lack of planning.Fortunately the clients are aware of this.
