What did you like most about the interview process?

My process had several people.

Personal at the start were fine the change was a stop

They listen but also already know what there going to do with you

Satisfactory until branch interview with manager and supervisor. At that point i was very impressed by those two.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Dont hire everyone who apply for position

They hire people immediately, as retention is abysmal.

More interaction with potential coworkers.

Dont hire everyone that comes through door

Well they interviewed me to promote to a crew leader but I never received anything for the new title. It was like I felt sry excited that my hard work was being notice and I felt like this was my career job I loved coming to work. But I never benefited from my promotion at from wages to guidance

Implement a referral program for all roles.
