nothing IN particular with the process
How they lied about the sign on bonus that I never received after two years. Glad I left.
Review from Operations Dept
It was straightforward and involved very few hurdles to jump - no multiple meetings or "group interviews" over weeks and months.
Made you feel welcome to the company
Review from Operations Dept
The supervisor and manager were both present
Review from Operations Dept

casual interview, yet again, varies based on branch management
The process was quick and straightforward

Dont hire everyone who apply for position
They hire people immediately, as retention is abysmal.
More interaction with potential coworkers.
Dont hire everyone that comes through door
Well they interviewed me to promote to a crew leader but I never received anything for the new title. It was like I felt sry excited that my hard work was being notice and I felt like this was my career job I loved coming to work. But I never benefited from my promotion at from wages to guidance
Implement a referral program for all roles.
