I put in more effort into making the job easier for managers, but it goes unseen, and I feel as if I am being overlooked for potential growth opportunities.

Majority of my teammates are amazing. Easy to work with, very helpful, and full of knowledge. Almost always willing to lend a helping hand (within reason).
