They really care about our mission, our students, and keeping the company competitive. No one is passive aggressive, and the conversations are candid and open.
The leadership team does their best to keep our students top of mind, as well as the employees, while at the same time running the company. Sometimes they move very fast, which is understandable in this field, and the communication doesn't come as fast as it could, but their intentions are good.
