Above average base salary, w/ opportunity to increase that with a cap around $100K base plus commissions. Average to above average health/dental/vision/life insurance. Paid time off is very good as well.
Chicago (2) has the best manager i've worked for in 14 years in the field since college...plus the balance of work/life is ideal...they don't want you working yourself so hard that you're miserable (like my last job, about 70-80 hours per week...and no, i'm not a doctor)
Very good work environment, excellent communication between employees & management (they listen & take advice from all staff), good training structure & great leadership by always looking how to help you succeed & teach not to fail alone (mgr's always help work & close any deals you need help with).
