The Commission - Because the salary could be higher. Might be fair to assume in the near future maybe we can raise our salaries to a solid $60k because its not really $50k a year. Just have to work harder for bigger commission checks.
Knowing that I have the capability to come into work and control my own wallet and being able to know what my book of business looks like each day. (It's like having your own business here) (You just have to trust and want it.)
The dynamic culture of a newer team is different than getting hired onto a veteran team. But being brand new into recruiting I would say a newer team is better to grow with than being thrown out to the wolves right away. Gives you time to ramp up correctly.
Having the management that has the same exact background as myself has really helped me transition into being a recruiter. I love it. Only thing would be nice is to up the salary a little bit more and have a little more comfort in this awesome environment. If so, nobody would ever leave here! EVER.
