What is the best part about your compensation package?
Strong commission structure with a decent base salary

We get a bonus every quarter. I also really appreciate our monthly stipends for office supplies, internet, and phone.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
(This applies to some, not all, coworkers) - CC is hiring at a rapid rate, and we have many sub-2-year recruiters that are not great at collaborating, and are spamming potential clients and thus giving us (CC) are poor name/rep.

We actually live our values. People get recognized for their hard work and achievements. We are celebrated for being authentic. I also love that we make it a point for remote work to feel like we are in-person.

Our company is very inclusive. We receive emails weekly about any holidays, even the ones that aren't known to many. In addition, we celebrate milestones, whether it be career, someone buying a house, or even someone adding a puppy to their family!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
High stress environment and time off isn't encouraged, so it leads to burn out quickly. It is advertised as unlimited time off, but then when we ask for time off, they make it seem as if we can't due to our metrics, which leads to more stress and burnout.
