I feel that I have ample opportunity to meet with the team and build work relationships/friendships with them even though we are remote. Jason makes that a big emphasis and it shows through the person connections I have made. He also brings out the best in his team.
Jason is an amazing manager. I have had a lot of personal lose in the last 6 months and while I am not performing at the level I know I'm capable of, he continues to support me and makes sure to push me when he can, while being supportive of me as a person.
