Work to keep current employees instead of underpaying and under-appreciating us until we leave
Initially I really enjoyed my job and we were fully staffed. Then as positions opened up they did not fill the vacancy but still expected the same production. Our line has not been fully staffed in a very long time. After being injured on the job I was repeatedly harassed by my supervisor and HR.
During employment, worked in several different areas. Much room for personal growth. However, many employees feel under-compensated, and the levels of middle-management are staggering.
Terrible leadership. No true business or management backgrounds for upper management. They are behind the times and are handcuffed with paralysis by analysis. Extremely conservative. Pay is horrendous for loyal employees and growth opportunities are never presented to employees.
They are very understanding when it comes to absences and what not
