Assessing employee need and not cutting chords when times get tough
very very very bad. want to leave ASAP
The company globally operates using a "reactive" philosophy rather than "proactive". So many wonderful and talented people working very hard for the company to meet customer demands. Leadership has room for improvement. Company doesnt measure leadership performance from employees.
They continue to put more work load on employees with no more pay. Their pay scale is 20-50k below other companies.
