What do you like best about the leadership team?
Total transparnt in operations and expectations DFJ has proven to be a company with inttest in putting the tight people in the right roles
They are very supportive and driven
They don't hover or micro manage, but when the work needs to be done they aren't timid about cracking the whip so to speak. They're humane and don't treat you like a number or another cog in the machine
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything need to be improved,
They need to learn that their best tool is a good employee
Leading, vision, communication, incentivize, build viable talent.
Assessing employee need and not cutting chords when times get tough
better trust and human relations with employee's
