Extreme bias towards non French employees. Americans with southern accents are viewed as Neanderthals or cave men no matter how many colleges degrees or years of experience we have. Promotions are based on national origin rather than performance or experience.
Trust and respect for dedication through the years. They need to purge the nationalistic nepotism system and treat Americans, Africans, and Asians as equally important as a Frenchman. Discrimination is everywhere.
