What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The site cares about safety.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are paid way below the market value; embarrassing low.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop lying to "former" Sigma-Aldrich employees and treating us as second class employees.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

HR is one of the main problems with the company and the do the interviewing.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Only the immediate team is good. Outside of my group, the affects of treating good workers the same as the bad workers has taken it's toll.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Workers are not valued at all, lied to, and treated as second class employees. After being bought, they indicating things would change, but giving us false hope while slowly dialing back benefits has left everyone more or less un-engaged and further destroyed morale.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Pay. Actually invest in our resources. My R&D group actually makes a profit before they are even scaled-uped and make serious bank. But the company refuses to spens any money on us. Our group has been hearing about expansion for 10+ years and nothing, but instead our lab is falling apart.
