They need to be trained and more professional when it comes to management and not operated based on fear
they need to test people before bringing them on board. and make sure individuals have the enough experience required for the job.
management is bad really really bad. they need to bring in more qualified and experienced people who know how to run a company.
So many people are not qualified for the position they have. So many people get promoted because they knew someone or they were in the company for a long time without having the skills to become a manager.
