The team is high qualified but is not used effectively because there is lack of understanding from management.
Only a few team members within my department care about the work that is produced. I hang with them because I do not want to be associated with slackers.
My team works well together and has performed well when needing to pick up slack for team member who needs more study time for an upcoming exam.
They are friendly, supportive and fun to work with.

Very siloed organization. People would benefit from a bigger picture view.
Treat each other with respect. But co-workers are shown how to treat each other from top heirarchy down
Come prepared to meetings and learn to work independently
Take a shower a least once a week
They need to improve on treating people with respect and human decency.

We were not trained well. There is more drama than a soap opera. If you ask a question you get 3-4 different answers leaving you in utter confusion.
