
The interview process was focused on who we are, how we deal with problems and personal failures, and what motivates us. It was a group of real people interviewing a person, not just asking standard questions off a page.

If someone is struggling, they are never put down -- by their peers or leadership. When we see one another struggling, we jump at the opportunity to help and bring someone along into success. We work hard, and we make sure we take the time to unwind as well. Vacation days are literally required.
