It is under market value. Hitachi Vantara needs to keep up with the market for software pay in the areas where they have locations.
Get quotas out at beginning of the year and pay people on time. Compare pay rates for sales to the market you are in.
I am in the digital sales group. Quotas for the first part of the fiscal year were paid late. This really impacted morale. In addition, some folks in sales did not get final quota until near the middle of the year. This is unacceptable. Upper management needs to plan better.
