Oh boy, well the ones that refuse to be about the guests or just don't get the concept of what their job is to the whole dining out experience for those guests, would be the first to go! Anyone who thinks the guests are a burdon, got to go!

change the manger get new one and a manger who can put there foot down and mean what they say
