A fast-growing company, that is pivoting from being a "start-up" Has your usual growing pains, you can tell who has been at the company for 3+ years versus less than two. Overall, a great place to work especially if you are driven and know what you want your outcomes to be.
This is an extremely fast paced company but the expectations are realistic as long as you communicate what you can and can't take on. It's also great for those who are autonomous and can deal with ambiguity which not everyone is equipped to handle.
