At the time management was different and more understanding. made it feel like we were a team. That was in 2015 and clearly a lot has changed
Management does not care about the emplyees. Simple as that. Basic humane requests are denied. They clearly don't trust their employees to do their work and they want to exert a power dominance
Caring about the employees, especially during national crisis and pandemic and accommodating those who have issues. While bottom line is important, it is clearly valued over every employee. It's everything that's wrong with corporate america
Moral is bad because of the way the company is run under Andre. When suggestions are brought up, there's always some bull financial reason why it can't be done, even when it's to the detriment of our business
I personally am underpaid by around $10,000 at least. The company asks a lot out of employees with no notice and expects them to deliver with no reward. It's a boysclub of being at the top reaping the benefits of the hard workers they step on
