Review from Operations Dept
Caring and understanding making you feel vauled.
Leaders always lead from front & keep motivated team.
Gives support to grow and be successful.
They were very friendly and warm recipients.
Overall good and friendly team
Lead with excellent examples of role models
they are very nice to me
Supportive and ahow amazing leadership
My direct supervisor is a great to work with. The upper management all come from sales and don't understand the work we do. They ultimately value quarterly earnings most. This can be frustrating as there is a constant pressure to push out more projects. This inevitably leads to lower quality.
Good local managers. Top manager may need to walk the ground more.
My direct supervisor actually listens and wants to help.
They push you in the right direction and always encourage you to do better
My boss really cares on how we are as person and that we can have a good work life balance
Management are very knowledgeable of the industry and good people leaders. Unfortunately the MD is quite the opposite and is detrimental to poor business performance.
Nothing. They are constantly changing people and/or organizational structure. You never know who to contact about issues or questions.
It has changed recently and seem to listen to local manager and invest in the location.
My leader is responsible and always lead us
Everyone cares, but all are under the same pressure to perform
Communicate and compensate your employees
Review from Operations Dept
Communication, engagement, competence, work ethics
Horrible. Just horrible. Don't waste your time and efforts
Lead not manage. Employees need to be valued
be modern and not micromanage or else this causes mistrust and poor productivity
Actually leading. Uplifting morale instead of micromanaging
Review from Operations Dept
Structure among entry and long term employees are poor
Be realistic and number is only a good reference but not 100% reflecting the truth
Should be more realistic and practical
If there was just one thing they had to do better I woukd write but everythibg needs to be much better.
Your staff are your greatest asset but you continue to treat them poorly so we leave - and you can't understand why. Saying you need to do better is not motivating. Also the CEO's actions with his book tour are not appropriate.
Objective thinking capable of standing up to bully style managers.
Listening. Actually doing anything. Making the work environment bearable. Not treating people like trash.
Pay employees better, listen to their concerns, and invest in the company!
To invest in people and markets
They need to think about employees, they need to think about how to engage new employees, it is very difficult to get a new person stay with the company because the culture is not what people are looking for. The working time is like 24 hours nonstop. And people are demotivated due to constant push.
Stop trying to save money on staffing, when you are in a service industry your company value is the staff.
Listening to staff....leave staff feeling valued. Present staff with opportunities to flourish.
Upper management needs to show more respect to the workforce and have a better understanding of the job. Also we are a inspection company and need stop being treated as a manufacturing company quality Vs quantity.
Servant leadership. Leadership fosters an environment of pressure and leads with a stick, not a carrot. Don't ever question your manager or have an opposing idea. It's outdated thinking but bad leaders breed bad leaders. If you kiss up and agree with everything they will love you.
