Intertek Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Speed and very likable hr persons

The interviewer was kind of nice.

Review from Operations Dept

My interviewer was very kind.

it was quick, however a lot of the questions were typical from a "list"

Normal, neutral, general, and simple

the manager was warm and receptive

Be on top of the hiring process it takes sometime to get an answer back to your application and the hiring process just takes forever unless you push the issue constantly

Review from Operations Dept

Friendly, professional interviewers and fast response from local HR

Swift, clean process. Short feedback time

The down to earth approach

Everyone was upbeat and positive.

Ease of use, not uptight.

Comfortable and fun interview experience

The easy questions and the tour

Not impressed. All companies ask the same questions

Hiring manager was very direct.

it was a conversation rather than a interrogation

Pretty standard panel interview. Will allow people to interview with multiple teams to find best fit

Interview is over a longer period allows people chance to get feel for the company that you can’t get in an hour int

Starving for anyone since high turnover organization unlike the competitors.

Review from Operations Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

raise competence level of management

Be honest and transparent about whats expected and possible for reasonable growth and advancement within the company. Honor the offer letter terms.

Review from Operations Dept

There is absolutely no interviewing process. Each group is left to their own to try and figure out how to hire people properly. Someone with a lot of experience does well but in most cases it ends an abject failure.

Interview process was simple and efficient, 1 initial phone call to establish communication, then 1 in-person interview with direct manager and that manager's manager. Position was offered within 1 week post-interview.

Not long enough to determine fit

The direct manager should be involved not only bosses.

Offer to pay the money for the Job

lack of interested candidates, bad information about company on the market

Everything, HR is understaffed and Management does not care

ive not been involved in the process so i think this is one of the faults, we need to be more involved as we know what strengths are needed to get the job done

Review from Operations Dept

Be more transparent and stop hiring skilless people
