Everyone tends to have the right intentions and attitudes.
Review from Operations Dept
small and rise above poor management
we help and support each other
They treat you like a family
There are small pockets of great team members who can really get things done. However, when a region begins to outperform other regions, the underperforming regional leaders will undermine Intertek's own business outside of their regions in an effort to falsely diminish the disparity in performance
Supportiveness, Helpful, Reliable, Dedicated, Hardworking
Teamwork is there. We really help each other. And everyone is trained properly to min. accidents and injury.
We all work well together, help each other out, and maintain a positive work evironment
My fellow inspectors I work with make the job bearable.
Most of them were great to work with. Some of them were kind of rusty.
Proactive, responsive , cooperative, and nice
Overall best team ever i have worked with
My small team is very good about maintaining a positive attitude in the face of insurmountable backlogs of work. However we are a small skeleton crew and are always falling further behind due to not enough staff.
Respectful and open to work as a team
they are friendly and nice
My team is friendly and very knowledgeable. They are very good to work with.
Professional, experts in field, friendly
Competence, willingness to mentor others
Great team spirit. Mixed cultural background, smart players and amazing customer focus
Most of them are quite loyal
Workong together towards the same goal
They should get a liveable wage. No incentive to do well.
The coworkers are not the issue. Everyone above the engineer and technician level are draining the company of any value whatsoever.
Review from Operations Dept
Reduce the hoops staff have to jump through to do simple things. It's ridiculous.
Stand up to the manipulation of bullies.
It's more of a company problem than working better together. There is no real motivation to stay with Intertek. Experienced people are leaving and are being replaced with people who have no interest in the job. And Management seem to be ignoring this.
Experienced people should share their knowledge and work as a team so that company's goals can be achieved. Key people are extremely difficult to reach out due to their "personal" reasons. Please show your best effort to support new employees so that they can achieve their goals for the company.
being more open with each other and not trying to put obstacle in the way
strategy, smart goals, reject stupid targets
they need to be braver and more straight forward in speaking
Coworkers are fine. They have the optimism of youth. They, however, also act like the know everything
Moral is bad because of the way the company is run under Andre. When suggestions are brought up, there's always some bull financial reason why it can't be done, even when it's to the detriment of our business
Communication in meetings from leadership should be improved, less small talk- more direct. People on the front lines have things to do and it is not building positivity, quite the opposite.
Intertek does not hold company meetings, as far as I am aware.
those with a lower work ethic should be micromanaged more liberally
