
I have new recruits in team freshman out of college. They seem driven and able to pick up what is thrown at them. Each IPC colleague is strong in their area.
I dont have any specific comments. I am content with what I get. Havent ever tried to compare with others in industry and tried to analyze if I am getting market leading compensation.
There is never a slack in work and learning. Continuous churn happens and if you are willing to invest time, you get enough challenges to satisfy your technical thirst. HR organisation has grown leaps and bounds in last 3 yrs.
I like the way the leadership directs the company. Now after long struggle, there is resurgence in IPC's product portfolio. At this juncture, I was impressed when leadership showed a higher goal of increasing the revenue of the company by 35%. Seems to be a well considered strategy.
